John Flavin(MBA) has over 30 years’ experience as a senior Manager / Director in FMCG, Fashion Retail and Logistics Companies. John started his career with Glanbia working in various roles including Logistics Director of its Consumer Division. Subsequently he spent four years as General Manager with Wincanton Logistics, setting up a Central Distribution warehouse for Superquinn. More recently, John held the position of Director of Logistics and Store Development with Fashion & Home retailer Arnotts. Throughout his career John has gained considerable experience leading the development and implementation of a range of projects, including warehouse set-up, operations restructuring, system implementation, logistics outsourcing and e-commerce warehousing.

Tanya O’Brien is an impassioned marketing specialist, with a particular professional and personal interest in all things food related. From there she moved into a marketing and business development role with Irish Country Meats, where she gained insight and experience in food export markets.
