John started his career as an Electronics Engineer working in multinational companies in Ireland and abroad. Having held senior management positions as Director, Managing Director, Operations and Project Manager in Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT/Engineering, Wholesaling & Distribution in small, medium and large enterprises.
Drawing upon a wealth of real life experiences, John has applied this experience as a Business Change Management Consultant in supporting organisations to embed Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement philosophies to achieve premium business performance and enhanced profitability.

With over 20 years as a senior director, focusing on commercial business strategy and implementation, working across the retail and construction sectors within Ireland and the UK. JP has worked in several leadership positions. JP has also worked with Retail Excellence as a prior chair and a board member for 7 years.
J.P. provides expertise and experience in building start-ups and helping established organisations transition into new ways of developing sales and marketing opportunities. Along with a commercial focus, JP brings an effective generalist approach to understanding how SME’s and organisations have to work across all aspects of a business, ranging from operations, people, finance, marketing and business strategy.
JP also brings a wealth of experience in how information technology can support business development.
Joe Joyce
Joe is an Operations Strategy and Transformation Leader. Has held Senior Director roles at Site, European and Global levels. He has managed large multinational teams in Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement, Project Management, Outsourced Manufacturing, Cost Management & Budgeting, Organisation re-structuring, and Customer Facing Solutions. He was also a General Manager with an Engineering SME, and has held Financial Controller and Manufacturing Management roles.
Joe has led Strategic Global projects (accountable to C-Suite level at large Multi National Companies) in Procurement, Inventory & Supply Planning, Sustainable Supply Chain, BlockChain, Machine Learning, process automation and digitization of supply chain.
Joe is a Qualified Accountant (CIMA), has an MBA from Henley Management College and an MSc in Environmental Sustainability. He is also a Member of The Institute of Directors in Ireland.
Susan McLoughlin
Susan has developed her successful career in the Retail and Services Sector. In the last 10 years she held the position of Country Director UK & Ire, advancing into the role of International Commercial Director with the Global Leader in fast fashion retailing. Susan’s wealth of hands on, pragmatic experience married with her natural talent to bring creative solutions has earned her a reputation internationally for Empowering People, Driving Business Units Forward and instilling the Continuous Improvement (CI) model.
Crossing all departmental functions from Commercial, People Focus Initiatives, Logistics & Distribution, Ecommerce and IT Software Development, Brand & Store Image right through to Expansion & 3rd Party Negotiations Susan has covered all facets of business. Having got her BSc from TU Susan has both presented and completed many business related courses over her career, currently she is pursuing her own CI and studying for a Diploma in Professional & Life Coaching with the ILI.
Tanya O’Brien
Tanya O’Brien is an impassioned marketing specialist, with a particular professional and personal interest in all things food related. She has worked with a diverse group of organisations from start-ups and SMEs to large multinational businesses, and is experienced in marketing strategy design and delivery, market research, business development, digital and traditional marketing.
Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree (marketing major) in UCC, she went on to attain a MSc Food Business from her alma mater. As part of this she worked in a sales and marketing function for the Irish Food Co-op, an ERDF funded regional shared distribution hub for 21 artisan food producers in the South East.
On completion of her studies, she won a place on the Enterprise Ireland graduate programme where she realised her passion for working with start-up businesses and SMEs, as a business development executive in Wexford Local Enterprise Office. From there she moved into a marketing and business development role with Irish Country Meats, where she gained insight and experience in food export markets. She now uses this knowledge and experience to help businesses aspiring for growth, in an action-oriented way.
Declan Magee
Declan is an investment professional with deep pedigree spanning more than 30 years in a wide range of public and private markets in Ireland, Hong Kong and London. Most recently he was partner in a venture capital business focusing primarily on early stage, digitally enabled businesses that are internationally scalable. He has a strong track record in rigorous analytical assessment and value creation. As an angel investor, Declan is actively involved in a wide range of companies across different sectors.
David Broderick
David has worked for 15 years at senior level across a number of different sectors including Financial Services, Education and Aviation leasing. During his career in Ibec David led projects and initiatives in the areas of Commercial Strategy, HRM, Organisation Development, Restructuring and Change Management. In the early part of his career David gained significant experience structuring, developing, and managing international graduate placement programmes for indigenous and multinational companies such as Apple, Bord Bia, Hovione Pharma, EMC, O2, Tourism Ireland, Teelings and Glanbia.
David has a common sense approach to business activities paired with an ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. David has a proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to implementation and in managing third party relationships.
David has and MSc in strategy, a BBS in management, a Diploma in High Performance Sales as well as qualifications in training & development, employment law and managing people.
Cormac Manning
Cormac Manning (F.C.M.A) has over 25 years’ experience as a Senior Business leader in Finance, Operations, Manufacturing and Commercial Support in the food industry across Retail and Manufacturing.
Cormac has held roles as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, Project Director & Chief Operations Officer in a number of PLC’s supporting business strategy, acquisitions, restructuring, divestment, large systems implementation’s and business turnarounds. Over the years Cormac has built up a wealth of knowledge in business planning, profit and cost management, negotiations, contract management, business structures, information design, functional KPI’s and financial controls.
Natasha Graham
Natasha is our office manager and key contact for all our clients and associates. Natasha manages the company’s assignments, ensuring projects progress as intended and resources are allocated as required. She also manages new client queries and onboarding.
Natasha takes pride in delivering a high standard of work, with a strong focus on customer relationship management, and so is an integral part of the Auxilia team.

Ken Heade
Ken Heade has over 40 years’ experience in Senior roles in sectors ranging from Construction, Security, Shipping, Not-for-profit and Telecommunications. As Chief Financial Officer he has managed diverse financial systems reporting on aspects such as Liner agency, Treasury, Pension, Process & Job costing, Acquisitions & Group consolidation.
Ken has specialised in Systems Development and Integration and has also held the role of Chief Information Officer for most of his career. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also holds Diplomas in aspects of IT and Law. Ken has delivered training over the years in areas such as Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Employment Law, Corporate Governance and the use of IT in Finance.
Conor McHugh
Conor is a driven and hardworking business professional with extensive experience in end to end supply chain solutions. Innovative, resourceful and results orientated with wide-ranging negotiation skills and a proven ability to provide cost effective solutions to his clients.
Conor has worked with both independent and global 3PL’s in senior management roles including Sales Director and Managing Director. He has provided various supply chain solutions to clients in Ireland, UK, Holland and Italy. He has also worked extensively in the US providing both multi modal, logistics and supply chain solutions to large US corporations in Hi Tech, Pharma and Retail sectors. Through these solutions clients achieve market leadership through synergised and efficient supply
chains.
Conor has extensive experience in all areas of the supply chain including, strategic sourcing, multi modal transport ( road/air and sea), warehousing, design, inventory management, including VMI, tender management and evaluation, distribution, e-commerce and value added activities. He has provided freight management solutions for global blue chip companies into territories worldwide and has provided solutions for Irish SME’s in logistics and distribution both in Ireland and the UK in order to reduce risks associated with a hard Brexit. Conor also works on large projects for clients that requires full end to end supply chain cost effective and service driven solutions. These strategies include business development, lead progression, developing new markets, acquisitions and cost saving projects within the supply chain.

Darren Harris

Dawn Andrews
Dawn has an extensive food retail and sales background. She has held the position of store manager in numerous outlets in the FMCG Sector gaining hands-on experience. From there she took the role of Business Development Manager, assisting a portfolio of independent retailers within the Symbol Group division to achieve maximum sales and profits.
Having gained her BA(Hons) in Adult Education & Training from NUI Galway, Dawn is now enjoying training and consultancy with both private organisations and public colleges throughout Ireland. She has vast experience in delivering Quality Qualifications Ireland (QQI) and City & Guilds programmes.
Dawn has experience in training needs analysis, preparation, delivery, evaluation and assessment of training programmes such as Sales, Customer Service, Communications, Stock Control, Food Safety and HACCP. She is a licensed trainer with the Environmental Health Association of Ireland and the National Hygiene Partnership Ireland.
Marie Doyle-Henry
Marie Doyle-Henry is an expert consultant specialising in Sustainability, Environmental Control (water, energy, waste, air etc) and Innovation.
Her experience covers both public, private and semi-state commercial sectors, and she has delivered significant projects for clients in commercial real estate, car park management, parking enforcement, emergency services, tourism experience and hospitality, and financial services. Marie also works in partnership with several local enterprise offices, providing innovation capability and environmental consultancy and advice to start ups and micro enterprises.
Sustainability and Environmental Control is an area that Marie is passionate about and has gained a great deal of experience in over the years. Her philosophy is to help organisations understand their key areas of risk, and opportunities for growth development and improvement on their sustainability journey.
Michael Travers
Michael has 35 years experience in setting-up, managing, acquiring, adapting, turning-around and restructuring multinational manufacturing organisations and SMEs.
As a professional business strategist, Michael has spent the majority of his previous multinational career in Mergers, Disposals and Acquisitions, with particular emphasis on leading Post Acquisition projects. These skills have enabled him to swiftly evaluate the viability of a business and identify what is required to make the business / organisation successful.
With specific regard to the SME sector. He has assisted S.M.E owners who wished to retire to prepare their businesses for sale. He has developed and led family succession projects and mentored the upcoming generation in order to prepare them to take over the businesses.

Jason Culloty
Jason has over 20 years management experience in both the private and public sector. He has experience of working in multinational companies in Ireland and abroad. Jason has a very practical approach to life and business which greatly assist him in delivering excellent results for clients. He has held senior management positions in Operations (planning and capability development) and learning and development (organisation of over 9,000 personnel). Jason has a proven track record of supporting senior leaders to maximise their time so that they have more time to think strategic and have a greater impact on their businesses.
He has a proven tack record with management buy out’s and change management, he connects what the organisation wants with what the employees want therefore reducing resistance to change. He recently set up his own Tech Start up (careerpath2success) that supports people and business to maximise their talent. He has a Masters in Supply Chain Management, Degree in Business, Cert in L&D and n advanced diploma in personal, leadership and executive coaching. He also has what is now a level 8 in leadership and management studies.
